Payment Terms and Conditions:

thisisbinding, Printers / Vendors will perform the work described in the signed Order Acknowledgment. The specifications agreed upon at the price agreed in the price negotiated with the customer. All orders require full payment prior to delivery of product. Production time does not include shipping. Delivery date subject to availability of press time, paper and material availability at time of production.

Delivery:

Transportation cost and transit times are not guaranteed. In the event of circumstances beyond our control due to customs delays, transportation delays, we will not be responsible for removing shipping cost from our agreed Order Acknowledgment Form and or Invoice. And further to this, there may be additional charges levied against the shipment which will become your responsibility to pay. Unless otherwise specified, the price estimated is for a single shipment, without storage. Title for finished work shall pass to the customer upon delivery, to carrier at shipping point, or upon mailing of invoices for finished work, whichever occurs first.

Delivery Methods and Timing

  1. Please allow between 3 to 5 working days for us to send out your thesis.
  2. All the parcels woold be packed with either plastic packing or a hard carton box, we have the final decision on how to pack your parcel.
  3. Our appointed courier service provider is CityLink.
  4. Courier service will not send to P.O. Box.
  5. Delivery charges are as follows: for first 5kg = RM15, for each additional 1kg = RM2
  6. thisisbinding currently only provides its service within peninsular Malaysia

Limited Liability:

The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless thisisbinding, Printers/ Vendors from any and all loss, costs, expense and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against the printer on grounds alleging that the said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person, or that it contains matter that is libelous or scandalous, or invades any person's right to privacy or other personal rights, except to the extent that the printer has contributed to the matter.

Refund and Return Policy

thisisbinding will, at our discretion, replace the ordered theses free of charge if a defect is found in materials or workmanship, if returned within 90 days at customer's cost. This return policy is void if the defect is found to be a result of an error on the student's part.
